Design: Ermanno Toso (Murano 1903-1973 Murano). Dicht aneinander verschmolzene opak-weinrote Murrine in einem Netz aus opak-weißem Glas, farblos klar unterfangen, versiegelter Abriss.
Diese Vase stammt aus dem Besitz der Mutter der Gebrüder Pagnin, Murano.

Ermanno Toso (design), Vittorio Ferro (executed), murrine vase c. 1995. Hand blown glass vase in baluster form. Made of closely fused opaque-wine-red murrine with opaque-white border, very complex handwork. Inside layer of colorless glass.
From the private collection of the mother of the Pagnin brothers, Murano-Italy.
In excellent condition no chips, crack or repairs.

Note: Vittorio Ferro learned his craft at Fratelli Toso, Murano from his uncle’s Armando and Amleto Zuffi, where he worked as a master glassblower from 1952-1981. After the closure of Vetreria Fratelli Toso in 1981, Vittorio Ferro also worked as a master glassblower at Vetreria De Mayo until 1998.
