Shipping Information Global shipping is available.

• International buyers: please enquire about shipping costs before purchasing; payment is accepted via PayPal.
  
• Safe Transit: Items are packed with extreme care to ensure safe transit. 99% of my items are double-boxed.
  
• Insurance: All consignments are fully insured and include a tracking number (usually via DHL Germany).
  
• Costs: You only pay the actual costs for shipping and insurance. Professional packing materials are included in the price; I do not make a profit on shipping.
  
• Dispatch: Once payment is received, items are shipped within 1–2 business days. For organizational reasons, combined shipping for multiple separate purchases may not always be possible.
  
• Customs and Liability: Customers outside the European Union are responsible for any applicable taxes and customs duties. The seller makes no express or implied warranties regarding this merchandise. Furthermore, the seller is not responsible for any consequential, incidental, or punitive damages. The seller’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by the buyer for the item, including shipping and handling charges.
  
• Damaged Items If an item arrives damaged: The buyer must notify me immediately upon receipt. To process a refund or insurance claim, all items and the complete original packaging must be retained and, if requested, surrendered to the shipping carrier for inspection.

Important Information for US Customers

Duties & Import Taxes:

All shipments to the United States may be subject to US customs duties, taxes, and courier processing fees upon arrival. In accordance with US customs regulations, duty-free exemptions (de minimis) no longer apply to commercial imports. As the recipient/importer, all applicable charges are your responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping prices.

Customs Clearance Process:

Your shipment will be cleared through my carrier (DHL Express / UPS). To ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure your contact details (phone number and email) are accurate.

• Courier Contact: The carrier will contact you directly via SMS or email prior to delivery to collect any applicable duties, taxes, or clearance fees.
• Tax ID (SSN / EIN): Depending on the order value or specific customs requirements, US Customs or the carrier may ask you to provide a Social Security Number (SSN, for individuals) or Employer Identification Number (EIN, for businesses) to finalize clearance.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package and check its clearance status.
