Shipping Information Global shipping is available.

• International buyers: please enquire about shipping costs before purchasing; payment is accepted via PayPal.
  
• Safe Transit: Items are packed with extreme care to ensure safe transit. 99% of my items are double-boxed.
  
• Insurance: All consignments are fully insured and include a tracking number (usually via DHL Germany).
  
• Costs: You only pay the actual costs for shipping and insurance. Professional packing materials are included in the price; I do not make a profit on shipping.
  
• Dispatch: Once payment is received, items are shipped within 1–2 business days. For organizational reasons, combined shipping for multiple separate purchases may not always be possible.
  
• Customs and Liability: Customers outside the European Union are responsible for any applicable taxes and customs duties. The seller makes no express or implied warranties regarding this merchandise. Furthermore, the seller is not responsible for any consequential, incidental, or punitive damages. The seller’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by the buyer for the item, including shipping and handling charges.
  
• Damaged Items If an item arrives broken or damaged during shipping: the buyer must notify me immediately upon receipt. To process a refund or insurance claim, all items and the complete packaging must be surrendered to either the shipping carrier.
