Shipping Information Global shipping is available.

International buyers: please enquire about shipping costs before purchasing; payment is accepted via PayPal.
Safe Transit: Items are packed with extreme care to ensure safe transit. 99% of my items are double-boxed.
Insurance: All consignments are fully insured and include a tracking number (usually via DHL Germany).
Costs: You only pay the actual costs for shipping and insurance. Professional packing materials are included in the price; I do not make a profit on shipping.
Dispatch: Once payment is received, items are shipped within 1–2 business days. For organizational reasons, combined shipping for multiple separate purchases may not always be possible.
Customs and Liability: Customers outside the European Union are responsible for any applicable taxes and customs duties. The seller makes no express or implied warranties regarding this merchandise. Furthermore, the seller is not responsible for any consequential, incidental, or punitive damages. The seller’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by the buyer for the item, including shipping and handling charges.
Damaged Items If an item arrives damaged: The buyer must notify me immediately upon receipt. To process a refund or insurance claim, all items and the complete original packaging must be retained and, if requested, surrendered to the shipping carrier for inspection.

Important: Information for US Customers

If the value of your order exceeds $800, US Customs regulations require a formal/informal customs clearance. To ensure a smooth delivery, I must provide the courier (DHL Express/UPS) with the following details for the declaration:

Tax ID (SSN or EIN): For shipments over $800, US Customs (CBP) requires the recipient’s Social Security Number (for individuals) or Employer Identification Number (for businesses).
Phone Number: Mandatory for the courier to coordinate customs clearance and final delivery.

Please Note: As the value exceeds the „de minimis“ threshold, you will be contacted by the courier to pay import duties and a processing fee before delivery. These charges are mandated by US authorities and are not included in the shipping price.

Once these details are provided, I will ship your package immediately and provide your tracking number.
