Seguso Vetri d’Arte, Murano-Italy “Anfora Bianca” scavo vase c. 1970. Made of hand blown colorless glass, surface in the so called “scavo”-technique white patinated, according to antique amphora form with twin fused ribbed glass handles.
In excellent condition no chips, crack or repairs.

Notice: this Vase was designed by Giovanni Patrini (Fombio, Lodi 1931-1993 Milan). Giovanni Patrini studies in medicine and worked as an interior designer. He has designed a series of „scavo“ glassware for Seguso Vetri d’Arte, Murano-Italy during the 70s. Alfredo Barbini invented at Gino Cenedese & C., this scavo-technique in the 50s.
